Receiver Certificate Fund Alliance Announced
Patrick Blount of Receiver Certificate Capital Partners, LLP (RCCP), Oklahoma City, OK, today announced that RCCP has formed a strategic alliance with AMREX Receivers of Greensboro, NC to provide capital for commercial real estate properties that are operated under Court Ordered Receivership by AMREX. Subject to Court approval, the funds can be used for takeover expense, taxes, maintenance and repairs, keeping the properties open and operating in order to achieve the best possible liquidation price. Many lenders, small banks and mortgage servicing companies are often reluctant to place properties in Receivership because of the cost to take over, maintain and liquidate. When a property is abandoned, it looses value quickly. The AMREX program keeps the collateralized asset open, maintained, or secured to allow for the best possible financial recovery. Borrowers are also finding that ”Volunteer Receivership” is a good alternative to filing bankruptcy.
