AMREX brings a vast amount of experience and resources to our customers and clients. Our business model has evolved from commercial real estate sales into a company that offers services related to managing many different types of assets for banks and private equity firms. We are required to operate many of these assets as ongoing businesses. Through our Receivership services, we have taken possession of hotels, office and retail space, planes, yachts and much more. We are responsible for maximizing their value, which means we must have the resources to manage the wide variety of assets we encounter. For example: Commercial property may require extensive construction renovation, marketing and on-site management; planes require qualified pilots and regular maintenance according to FAA standards. We have the resources in place to manage many different types of assets.
